A Legacy Property with a Distinguished Past

Wells College closed recently and there has been a great deal of interest in the property.

The press is filled with speculation, lawsuits, and gnashing of teeth. The beautiful Village of Aurora has suffered as a result of the closure and now our group is trying to pick up the pieces and create a respectful re-development.

We plan to honor the architectural history while using modern methods to stabilize the buildings and provide economic stability.
